With conceptual ideas from Legoland and Giza Sunway, the total floor area of about 173,965 sq. ft building. The intended design concept gives the building a sense of human character. Organization of large atrium inside the building with broad walkway.
The intension forming a cluster of 46 units of at ground floor for food, beverage, restaurants and bars outlets. It is for the convenient of the neighbourhood.
Outside the building, the design concept providing a quiet refuge from the busy city streets.
